Editing a review response that’s a part of the RapidResponse Chrome extension will require you to click the RapidResponse icon at the top right side of your Chrome browser.
From there, a window will appear with all of your templated responses. If you click on a specific response, you will be brought to a new screen where the response title and text can be edited.
Once you have made the changes you want, simply hit “Submit” to make the update permanent.
