Text messages are a great way to reach out to your customers because they, more often than not, will always have their phone near them.
To send out a single text message, you will want to:
- Select the organization and location that you’d like the customers to be routed back to.
- Open the “Messages” portion of your dashboard
- Click Send Message.
- Input recipient information, like their name and phone number.
- Select the template you’d like to use.
- Select the surgery you’d like the customer to receive
- Preview the message
- Send!
