Once you have the RapidResponse Chrome extension added to your browser, adding a new online review response is easy.
- Navigate to the top right side of your browser where the blue RapidResponse app icon is found.
(When you click on this icon, a dropdown menu will appear with your template responses.) - When you come across a situation that requires a new type of response, and you’d like to save it, simply click the “+” button.
- You will be asked to create a template title as well as adding the body of the response before selecting “Submit” to save the response.
From then on, you’ll be able to access your new review response as a part of your app.
